Assessments & Evaluations To move forward, an organization needs to assess its present position.  An assessment involves a team of professionals examining an organization to determine its readiness for future steps.  The assessment allows the staff and the board of an organization to agree on a mission, vision, and long range plans for a non-profit.  It provides the solid footing needed to move forward with a common understanding and purpose

An evaluation allows an organizations to see whether what it isdoing works, and provides the necessary statistics and information to seek new fundingresources to move forward.

Examination of the organization as a whole including mission and objectives, management and financial systems, programs, staffing and Board structure.

Program Evaluation

Assistance to organizations in evaluating their services and programs.

Campaign Readiness Assessment

An assessment of the organization to determine its readiness to engage in a Capital Campaign.  This precedes a Feasibility Study.

Feasibility Study

The study before a Capital Campaign to determine if an organization should embark on a campaign.  It helps identify potential large donors, the leadership and volunteers, and the goal for the Campaign.  It also tells an organization whether a Campaign is feasible at this time.

Data Management and Software

Assistance to an organization in review of management and software systems and suggestions for possible changes and upgrades.
